A Levittown man could spend nearly two years in prison for pointing a fake gun at police officers last year, prosecutors say. Benjamin Fell, 21, was shot by Falls Township police last March 28 during what began as a routine traffic stop on Lincoln Highway, the DA's Office said. Fell fled police in his 2007 silver Ford Focus, driving 75 mph in a 40 mph zone before the chase ended near Oak Lane, authorities said. A 32-year-old man from Mount Laurel, NJ, has been arrested after he reportedly approached and assaulted children under a bridge in Chester County, PA., authorities said. The incidents occurred on May 16 under the Broad Street Bridge in Oxford Borough, according to Crime Watch PA. Man Charged In Murder Of Wife, Mother-In-Law In Philadelphia Home: Report
Police have made an arrest in the killings of a mother and daughter in Philadelphia earlier this week. Angela Trejo, 75, and Alma Barberena, 58, were found dead in the basement of a Bingham Street home around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, police said. They had both suffered stab wounds and pronounced dead at then scene 15 minutes later. Leandro Barberena, 43, of Disston Street, was taken into custody and charged with two counts of murder and related offenses, police said. A Warrington man is charged with terroristic threats and harassment, according to township police. Authorities said Mateusz Andrzejczuk keyed another man's car at the Westminster Apartments late on May 10, carving anti-semitic and homophobic slurs into the door and trunk.
