Person Struck, Killed By Freight Train In Harrington Park: Officials A person was struck and killed by a train Saturday afternoon, March 22 in Harrington Park. A CSX train struck the pedestrian on the tracks near La Roche Avenue and Semmens Road at approximately 1:25 p.m., a CSX spokesperson said. Bergen County EMS and Harrington Park Police quickly responded to the scene and later reported that the individual had been killed. There were no injuries to the crew.
