A Sussex County EMT and longtime YMCA employee was killed in a three-vehicle crash involving a dump truck on Route 23 in Franklin Borough, according to sources, loved ones, and community members.
Kat VanAllen, of Franklin, was identified as the driver of a Ford SUV that was struck shortly after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, June 18, at the intersection of Route 23 and Mabie Street.
