A 29-year-old man has pleaded guilty in the fatal shooting of a 41-year-old victim killed during a street dispute in Westchester County last summer.
Yonkers resident Xavier Palmer, 29, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, a violent felony, in Westchester County Court on Thursday, June 18, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced on Tuesday, June 23.
The conviction stems from the fatal shooting of James Hardy, 41, of Mount Vernon, on Aug. 11, 2025.
