A wanted fugitive was arrested with the help of SWAT and the Bonb Squad after barricading himself inside a residence, authorities said. At approximately 8:20 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, detectives Darrin Lorady and Eric Evans of the Special Investigations Section were conducting an investigation at a residence in the 300 block of north Tennessee Avenue.
