Manhunt: Man Wanted On Child Sex Crime Warrants In Pennsylvania Police Say
A man is wanted on multiple felony warrants accusing him of sexually abusing a child, city police announced Tuesday, July 7.
Tyrese Ruiz, 26, of Harrisburg, is wanted on charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, unlawful contact with a minor, and corruption of minors, Harrisburg Police said.
Ruiz was last known to live in the uptown area of Harrisburg, investigators also noted. He may currently have shorter hair than shown in the photo released with the warrant, police said.

Walmart Rolls Out Summer Price Cuts On Beef, Soda, These Other Items
Summer shoppers are getting a new round of price relief from the country’s largest retailer.
Walmart announced on Monday, July 6, that it is lowering prices on thousands of items through its summer Rollbacks program, including groceries, household essentials, outdoor living products, toys, and apparel.
The company said the cuts are aimed at helping customers save on cookouts, family trips, pool days, and weekly shopping.

Twenty-nine people are believed to have died as a result of last week's heatwave in New Jersey, the New York Times reports.
Most of the fatalities were reported in New Jersey's heavily populated central and northern regions, where residents endured several consecutive days of triple-digit heat, the outlet reported, citing the state Department of Health. The heatwave lasted from Wednesday to Saturday. At times, temperatures in parts of the state felt like 110 degrees.

A Lititz family man was shot and killed by a stranger while walking through Lancaster County Central Park, authorities revealed in a major update at the start of July.
