Warren County Man Succumbs To Injuries After ATV Overturns: Njsp A 48-year-old Warren County man died two days after his ATV overturned in a crash on Sunday, Sept. 22, authorities said. At 4:54 p.m., police responded to Danville Mountain Road in Liberty Township after a C-Force 600 all-terrain vehicle traveling westbound veered off the road and overturned, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. At 2:10 a.m., firefighters in Bernardsville responded to the restaurant at 45 Mine Brook Rd. after receiving reports of smoke in the building and found an active fire, Bernardsville Fire Co. No. 1 & First Aid Squad said. Mutual aid responded to assist, firefighters said. Firefighters declared the fire under control after an hour and units operated on scene for two hours, firefighters said. There were no reported injuries, firefighters said.
