Video: Davis Hill Kids Perform Winter Concert

HOLDEN, Mass. — The students at Davis Hill Elementary brought their parents along for a thrilling sleigh ride around the world Thursday, sharing holiday songs from different countries as part of the annual winter concert.

Hundreds poured into the school gymnasium to see the children's spirited performance, climbing with them aboard the "marvelous magical sleigh" to experience musical celebrations ranging from the Chinese New Year to Christmas in Africa.

Davis Hill families enjoyed the holiday show undeterred by Wednesday's incident at Dawson Elementary School, and Holden Police Officer Gregg Sculthorpe was on the scene throughout the event.
