HOLDEN, Mass. – June L. (Llewellyn) Fairbanks, 94, formerly of Winthrop Lane in Holden,
died Saturday, September 22, 2012 in the Odd Fellows Home in Worcester. Her husband
of 63 years, Roslyn H. Fairbanks, died in 2001.
She leaves her two daughters, Jacqueline G. Matis and her husband Sigmund of Holden and Barbara A. Walker of Springfield, Vermont; five grandchildren; four great- grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
She was born in Worcester, daughter of Almur and Mae E. (Johnston) Llewellyn, was raised in Princeton and lived over 50 years in Holden. She was a graduate of North High School in Worcester.
A private graveside service was held on Thursday, Sept. 27, at Brookfield Cemetery, Brookfield.
Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Odd Fellows Home, Patient Activities Fund, 104 Randolph Road, Worcester, MA 01606.
Funeral arrangements were under the care of Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main Street,
Holden.
