Wednesday, Dec. 5: 9 a.m. to noon. Holden Recreation is offering a morning of physical and spiritual renewal in this stress reduction workshop. Experience several scientifically proven methods of stress reduction. Learn correct breathing techniques, easy restorative yoga postures, the relaxation response, guided inspirational meditations and how to develop your own meditation practice.
