Tuesday, Oct. 30

Family Dinner And Movie Night 6 p.m.
Enjoy a picnic supper while watching a Halloween favorite "Hocus Pocus" on the big screen at the Gale Free Library. Rated PG. All ages

Anna Maria College Halloween Celebration:  Residence Life invites families from the Paxton and Holden communities to join students for a Halloween celebration. Paxton Campus at 50 Sunset Lane.  The program is as follows:

Children 10 years of age and younger: 5 to 6:30 p.m.: games and activities including pumpkin decorating, cookies, candy, and toys.  All activities will be in St. Anne Hall. Youth and teens 10 years of age and older: 6:30-8 p.m.: tours of a Haunted House at South Hall.

Wednesday, Oct. 31

Trick-or-Treatng: Holden's Trick-or-treating hours have been set for 4 to 8 p.m. 

Thursday, Nov. 1

NIMROD league Trap and Skeet Shoot: 6 to 9 p.m. Public welcome. For more info visit Nimrodleague.org

Holden Garden Club: 6:45 p.m. Colleen Abrams of Wachuett Greeenways will be guest speaker. Holden Senior Center.

Friday, Nov. 2

Town-wide Scott Brown sign hold out.  3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Supporters aim to hold signs at every major intersection in Holden from the Worcester line into Jefferson. For more information click here.
