HOLDEN, Mass. — Fitness Concepts Health Club, located at 1097 Main St. in Holden, celebrated its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony coordinated by the Holden Area Chamber of Commerce.
State, town and chamber officials came out in force Monday night to welcome the new business to town.
“We want to thank the chamber for the warm welcoming to Holden,” Fitness Concepts General Manager Joyce Gosselin said. “We are really proud to be a part of this community."
Fitness Concepts is located in the building formerly occupied by Ramsey Fitness. It offers group fitness, spinning and Zumba classes, as well as circuit training, personal coaching and more.
Fitness Concepts is extending free 14-day trial memberships to first-time guests.
“Our mission is to provide the community of Holden with professional services and exciting programs that educate and encourage healthy lifestyles in a nonintimidating environment,” owner Anthony Cali said.
Cali also operates a Fitness Concepts Health Club in Gardner.
